Job Responsibilities

The Intake Specialist/CSR Outbound will perform a range of data entry duties that include but are not limited to the following: data entry, reviewing clientele demographics and IRS transcripts, assisting in communicating with clients(outbound calls, emails/chats), reviewing and entering client's documents into the tax software system to support the tax preparation team.

Qualifications

Meticulous Attention to Detail and High Sense of Accountability Proficient.

*Computer skills – Microsoft Office, E-mail, G-suite

Must be proficient in speaking in English

*Must have experience with doing outbound calls, emails and client communications

Excellent Organizational, Time-management, Written, and Communication Skills

Nice To Have And Not Required

*Salesforce, Lacerte (Tax Software), Amazon Connect, Microsoft Office.
