About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff. You will have the opportunity to work closely with product lead and developers, utilizing modern design tools—including AI-assisted platforms—to create intuitive and impactful user experiences. Key Responsibilities

Design Support
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for product features and improvements
- Design user interface components while maintaining consistency across product touchpoints and the design system
- Utilize modern design tools and AI-assisted design platforms to enhance productivity and ideation
- Create and organize design assets for development teams, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Research and User Testing
- Support and participate in user research activities (surveys, interviews, usability testing etc.)
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
- Analyze user feedback and propose design improvements based on insights
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry design trends
Collaboration and Communication
Documentation and Design Handoff
- Prepare design specifications and maintain clear, organized documentation for development teams
- Ensure a smooth handoff of design files to developers and key members for accurate implementation
- Utilize design systems and AI-supported tools to streamline documentation and maintain consistency
- Update design documentation as necessary to reflect changes during development

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field is a plus — but what truly matters is what you can build. A standout portfolio or equivalent hands-on experience is just as valued
1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships and academic projects count)

UX Design Skills:

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and gathering actionable insights
Ability to translate user needs and solve complex problems into intuitive and engaging experiences

Technical Skills

Design Tools: Proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma (Preferred) and similar platforms
Documentation & Handoff: Ability to create clear design specifications and handoff documentation for developers and team members
Design Systems (Plus) : Understanding of how to work with and contribute to a design system to ensure product consistency is a plus, but not required
Basic Front-End Knowledge (Optional) : Familiarity with the capabilities and constraints of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required
