Your Role

As a Scheduling and Logistics Team Leader, you will:

Plan and coordinate bulk fuel deliveries to ensure optimal fleet utilisation, service reliability, and full compliance with HSSE and regulatory requirements.
Monitor daily scheduling activities, proactively managing disruptions and deviations to meet operational priorities and customer commitments.
Act as the primary escalation point for all carrier, scheduling, and delivery-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Lead, coach, and support Schedulers and Dispatchers to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage fuel stock levels across nominated sites through demand analysis and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality outbound customer communications, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and maintain accurate daily scheduling, operational, and performance reports.
Communicate changes in legislation, road conditions, and customer requirements to drivers to ensure safe and compliant operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve scheduling efficiency and overall business performance.

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

Demonstrated experience in logistics scheduling, preferably within bulk fuel, oil & gas, or transport-intensive environments.
Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing operational teams.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, delivery-driven operations.
Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven scheduling tools.

Preferred Skills/expertise

Sound knowledge of fuel delivery operations, specialised equipment, and Dangerous Goods regulations.
Ability to identify operational gaps and implement efficiency-driven improvements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, after-hours on-call, and Philippine public holidays.
