What You'll Do:

Find and recruit marketing, business development, livestreamers talent through job boards (jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc), networking, and industry events
Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to offer
Assist hiring managers on interviewing and selecting the best marketing talent
Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
Track hiring metrics and improve our recruitment process

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of recruiting experience (required)
Experience hiring for marketing, digital, or business development roles
Success hiring portfolio-driven roles and understanding marketing results
Good with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant tracking systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience recruiting KOL/influencer managers or business development roles
Knowledge of beauty industry, trends is advantage
Background working with digital agencies, startups, or consumer brands
