Job Title: Senior IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead IT projects and support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex IT issues for end-users and clients.
System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Security Management: Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard data and IT infrastructure.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, systems, and procedures.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior IT support staff, providing training and support as needed.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role, MSP experience would be an advantage, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
Attention to detail and ability to resolve issues with high level of troubleshooting skills

Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network, Microsoft Az-104 or 305, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading IT teams and managing projects.

Work Schedule - Shifting:

US shift - Monday to Friday, 8:00pm -5:00am, Philippine Time
UK shift - Monday to Friday, 4:30pm - 1:00am, Philippine Time
PH shift - Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Philippine Time
