About The Job

As an Account Management Intern, you'll support the team in managing day-to-day client work, ensuring projects run smoothly from brief to delivery. You'll get hands-on exposure to how campaigns are built, managed, and executed across different channels.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing client projects and timelines across multiple campaigns
Support in preparing briefs, decks, meeting notes, and status reports
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production) to ensure deliverables are on track
Help track feedback, consolidate comments, and follow through on revisions
Conduct basic research (market, competitors, trends) to support strategy and ideation
Join client calls and internal meetings to understand project flow and stakeholder management
Support in quality checks of deliverables before sharing with clients

What We'd Love To See From You

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any other related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Contribute to team meetings with ideas and insights
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Eagerness to learn and a passion for customer service and client satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Notes

Minimum 3 months internship period.
