In this role, you'll create photorealistic retail displays, endcaps, fixtures, and merchandising concepts, while also building compelling sales presentations used in key retail buyer meetings. You'll work at the intersection of design, retail, and marketing, helping shape how the Velvet Caviar brand comes to life across major retail partners and in-store experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead designer responsible for developing retail environment renders & sales presentations for major retail wholesale accounts like Target, Best Buy, and more
Create realistic 3D renders and mockups for in-store displays, endcaps, and fixtures
Develop retail marketing materials including signage, display graphics, and promotional assets
Translate product launches and campaigns into compelling retail display concepts
Build visually polished decks for buyer meetings, retail pitches, and internal presentations
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams on retail initiatives
Ensure all retail creative aligns with brand guidelines and retailer specifications
Prepare production-ready artwork and files for retail display vendors and printers
Organize and maintain retail creative assets, templates, and render files
Research retail merchandising trends and identify opportunities to improve in-store presentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Design, or related field
2–5+ years of experience in retail design, 3D rendering, product visualization, or presentation design
Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic product renders, retail displays, presentation decks, or POP marketing materials
Able to work 5am-1pm EST hours, ideal for collaborating with the US team
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, SketchUp, or similar
Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and rendering techniques
Ability to quickly iterate on feedback in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment
Strong understanding of retail merchandising and shopper marketing principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
Experience preparing print-ready production files preferred
Experience working with ecommerce, DTC, beauty, fashion, accessories, or consumer product brands preferred
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
