What You'll Do

Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material
Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences
Identify ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback
Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide variety of tasks and content types
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, or social impact
A strong critical thinker who can see issues from multiple perspectives
Attentive to nuance and cultural sensitivity across diverse communities
A clear and effective written communicator
Consistent and reliable in applying evaluation guidelines
No formal background in AI, ethics, or academia required

Nice to Have

Experience in fields like social science, journalism, policy, education, or advocacy
Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows
Awareness of bias, representation, and inclusion issues across different cultures and contexts
