Your Role

As a Content Creator and Manager, you will:

Create engaging short-form content for Reels using video footage provided by Dr. Zach.
Upload and distribute finished content seamlessly across multiple social media platforms.
Write compelling and relevant captions for all social media posts.
Manage daily content production and publishing workflows to consistently meet required output targets.
Grow and evolve within the role as the brand's digital presence expands.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Previous experience in a similar content creation or social media management role.
High proficiency in video editing, strong computer skills, and expert-level management of social media platforms.
Excellent coachability with a proven ability to take feedback and implement it quickly.
A strong desire to work efficiently and a motivation to grow professionally within the role.
