You'll Be Responsible For

Support feasibility, value management, cost planning and MEP procurement activities.
Assist delivery of robust cost plans, estimates and commercial advice.
Support procurement, contract documentation, valuations and variation management.
Contribute to cost control, financial reporting and change management.
Assist with certifications, practical completion and final account close‑out.
Collaborate with teams, coach junior staff and support net zero carbon outcomes.

You'll Need To Have

Proven cost planning, estimating and commercial awareness, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Sound understanding of contracts, measurement, costs, timescales and delivery risk.
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation capability.
Digitally competent, improvement‑focused, with awareness of sustainability, social value and industry best practice.
