Your Role:

1. Sales Operations Support

Assist with daily e-commerce operational tasks across Amazon, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
Help create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across all platforms.
Monitor pricing, promos, inventory levels, and listing quality to ensure accuracy and compliance with retailer guidelines.
Support processing of orders, shipment coordination, and documentation.
Assist with resolving customer issues (order errors, refund inquiries, listing corrections) as directed by supervisors.

2. Marketplace Performance Monitoring

Track daily and weekly sales performance and prepare structured summary reports.
Review key KPIs such as conversion rate, CTR, sessions, buybox %, rankings, and ACOS (when applicable).
Monitor progress toward weekly/monthly sales targets and document insights for the Online Sales Manager.
Identify trends, red flags, or unusual fluctuations in performance data.

3. Content & Listing Optimization

Conduct keyword research using Helium10 and platform-native keyword tools.
Assist in drafting SEO-focused titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend keywords.
Coordinate with marketing and graphics teams to gather images, videos, enhanced content, and TikTok promotional assets.
Support updates to A+ content, rich media, and infographic modules.

4. Research & Competitive Insights

Conduct competitor analysis across marketplaces (pricing, promotions, reviews, bestseller data).
Track competitor movement during key selling periods (TPRs, campaigns, seasonal events).
Research trending products, trending categories, and consumer behavior patterns.
Collect, organize, and present research findings to the sales team.

5. Meetings & Cross-Team Collaboration

Participate in sales meetings, marketing syncs, and weekly operational updates.
Coordinate with sourcing, shipping, and marketing teams to keep product information accurate and timely.
Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups in Asana or assigned tools.

6. Communication & Coordination

Support email communication with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Assist in preparing proposals, promotional plans, sell-in decks, and reports.
Help with customer service tasks, including review monitoring, feedback summaries, and issue escalations.

7. TikTok Shop Operations Support

Assist in identifying potential influencers and seller affiliates through TikTok Creator Center or Helium10.
Support management of TikTok Shop operations: uploading products, updating inventory, processing orders, and monitoring campaign results.
Coordinate sample shipments with the sourcing team and warehouse operations.
Track ongoing TikTok campaigns and report performance to the Online Sales Manager.

8. Learning & Development Responsibilities

Strengthen knowledge of negotiation techniques, partner communications, and marketplace best practices.
Gain hands-on experience using e-commerce tools (Helium10, Seller Center dashboards, Shopify apps, TikTok Seller Center).
Document new learnings, weekly progress, and process improvements for reference.

Prior Experience

Experience assisting with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or TikTok Shop operations is an advantage.
Exposure to listing optimization, marketplace content creation, or keyword research.
Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, Keepa, Seller Center dashboards, TikTok Seller Center.
Experience collaborating with marketing, sourcing, or logistics teams.
