What You'll Do

During a Typical Day, You'll

Answer incoming communications from customers
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

Senior high school or college graduates are welcome to apply
If a high school graduate of an older curriculum, candidate must have completed at least 2 years in college
With at least 6 months of BPO experience
Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
Computer experience
