Role Description The Sales International Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lapu-Lapu, focused on driving global sales and strengthening SAWO's international customer relationships. In this role, the representative will manage the full sales cycle for international clients, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, negotiation, and closing. They will coordinate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services. The representative will maintain regular communication with distributors and partners, provide product information and support, and gather market feedback to help refine sales strategies. Daily responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, monitoring targets, attending industry events or online meetings, and upholding SAWO's brand and quality standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

Strong international sales and account management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors, agents, and global clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Solid understanding of export processes, pricing, and logistics coordination in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic sales decisions.
Comfort working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams in different countries.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in international sales, manufacturing, or the wellness/sauna industry is a plus.
