u2022 Leads the development and implementation of innovative, bespoke solutions for customers, coordinating with global cross-functional teams to meet diverse and complex needs, enhancing customer satisfaction.

u2022 Conducts in-depth market intelligence and competitive analysis, updates sales data in the Customer Relationship Management System in line with Company policies and KPI's, identifying macro trends, opportunities, and risks to inform high-level strategic planning and decision-making for business growth.

u2022 Delivers compelling presentations to senior level audiences, articulating complex value solution propositions and driving customer buy-in.
u2022 Monitors, evaluates, and continuously improves sales performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.

You're the right fit if :

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
Min 7+ years in clinical diagnostics sales, government/corporate accounts, or Public-Private Partnerships.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or Government sales.
Strong knowledge of government tendering processes, CRM tools, and consultative selling techniques.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
