Role Description The Office Engineer role at Hyolim Inc. is a contract, on-site position based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Office Engineer is responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, including drawings, technical reports, permits, and correspondence. Daily tasks include coordinating with site engineers and project managers, tracking work progress, assisting in quantity take-offs, and supporting the preparation of cost estimates and progress billings. The role also involves reviewing and consolidating data for project schedules, maintaining logs for requests for information and change orders, and ensuring that records are updated and accurately filed. The Office Engineer will assist with internal and external communications, support compliance with project standards and regulations, and help prepare regular status reports for management and clients.

Qualifications

Ability to manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and records, with strong attention to detail and organization.
Competence in basic engineering calculations, quantity take-offs, and familiarity with construction or infrastructure project workflows.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite), AUTOCAD and comfort using digital tools for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in PASIG ORTIGAS, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
Registered Mechanical Engineering ,with experience in SALES preferably Waste water treatment products.
Knowledge of local construction standards, documentation practices, and basic project management concepts is an advantage.
Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects in an office-based engineering capacity is preferred.
