SAP Build and Joule Studio expertise

Proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation

Experience with Joule Studio Skill Builder and Agent Builder

Ability to create, test, and deploy Joule Skills and AI Agents

Technical Skills:

Low Code / No Code development

Familiarity with drag-and-drop interfaces for building workflows

Understanding of rule-based logic and event-driven automation

Integration skills: connecting Joule Skills to SAP and non-SAP systems via APIs and OData services

Configuring destinations and action projects for cross-system communication

AI & Cognitive Automation:

Knowledge of AI models for planning, reasoning, and decision-making

Ability to define goals using natural language instructions

Experience grounding agents in business data and SAP Knowledge Graphs

Security & Compliance:

Understanding of SAP Cloud Identity Services Authentication and Provisioning

Managing data privacy, execution visibility, and compliance controls
