We are seeking an experienced full-time Estimator to join our team. Working as part of our estimating team, your responsibilities will include: Working collaboratively to compile and submit accurate quotations and tender submissions together with required supporting documents

Completing measurements and preparation of bill of quantities
Preparing and updating variations and quotes
Updating and maintaining other required project documentation
Developing a thorough and in-depth understanding of projects
Liaising with builders and suppliers (such as obtaining quotes and placing orders)
And any other associated tasks as required

To be successful in this position you will need to:

Have experience and be proficient with Estimating software.
We use PlanSwift but PlanSwift experience is not essential, you could have experience with various other types of Estimating software such as Cubit, Bluebeam, etc
Have experience working in the construction industry
Enjoy working as part of a small team, working in a busy environment
Be able to work well under pressure and to deadlines
Have excellent time management skills
Have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
Have strong attention to detail
Have relevant Tertiary qualifications
Have the experience and ability to accurately read and interpret plans and other project documents and schedules
Solid experience with MS Office and Excel

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (WFH)

Permanent Homebased
Equipment/Device will be provided by the company
Candidates are expected to have a distration-free and dedicated work space at home with stable/reliable internet connection of at least 20MBPS (BOTH download AND upload speed)
