Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards. - Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics within Salesforce. - Experience in developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs. - Proficient in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms. - Solid grasp of user interface design principles and best practices for Salesforce applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - This position is based at our Manila office.
