Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Bangalore (Onsite - 6 month contract, can be extended)

Reporting to: Principal Analyst – Talent Acquisition

PURPOSE OF ROLE

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end sourcing and initial screening of candidates across IT, Technology, Analytics, Operations. The individual will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring quality candidate identification, and enabling efficient hiring outcomes aligned with business requirements.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Source high-quality candidates across platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other databases for IT, Technology, Operations and Analytics roles
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using Boolean search techniques and talent mapping
Screen resumes thoroughly to evaluate candidate suitability against job requirements
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, and role fitment
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Ensure quick turnaround time in sourcing and screening to meet hiring SLAs
Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in tracking systems
Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the recruitment process

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Education:

Bachelor's / master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on sourcing and screening
Proven experience hiring for IT, Analytics, and Technology, Operations roles
