We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Senior Associate who is responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable. He/she will also be in charge of tracking expense reports and processing payments that come into the company's accounting department from suppliers or customers, performing account reconciliations, resolving & escalating issues when needed.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors invoices, or addressing payment discrepancies.
Responsible for managing vendor ledgers and maintaining correct balances for assigned vendor accounts.
Performing recordkeeping.
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
Ensure that all incoming AP inquiries and related issues, if any, are resolved in a timely manner and do escalation of issues as needed.
Strong communication between AP, procurement, and finance ensures smooth operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Knowledge of the Accounts Payable end-to-end process.
Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
Strong in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong communication skills for external and internal coordination
Proactive in reconciling open items and coordinating as needed to close discrepancies and open items
Willing to work onsite in our Head Office in Commonwealth, Quezon City
