Role Overview

The Digital Designer & Category Specialist will support GOB and PHC brands in developing high-quality POSM, online assets, 3D pack renders, promotional materials, and category planograms. This role ensures timely and accurate production aligned with brand guidelines, shopper marketing standards, and business needs.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

1. POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) Development

-Create digital POSM assets based on brand Key Visuals (KV) and CBU inputs.

Examples: Multispots, Mass Displays, Endcaps, Topshelves.

-Produce POSM designs required for ASC claim applications.

-Resize digital POSM assets following FFU structures (e.g., 2x2 ? 1.5x1.5, resized endcaps, posters, store arcs).

-Create small POSM materials such as wobblers, shelf strips, and price cards.

-Deliver 14 initiatives per quarter, ensuring:

? 100% on-time draft submission

? 100% accurate revisions based on feedback

? Quality approval by BM/MS&P

2. Online Material Development

-Relayout KV to online formats for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube).

-Adapt KV for basic digital use (static or motion/GIF as required).

-Estimated volume: 0.5 asset per quarter (1.5 hours/month).

3. Promo Material Production

-Create promotional materials, including:

oBelly bands

oStickers

oCustom promotional content

-Total expected output: 5 promo assets per quarter.

4. 3D Pack Rendering

-Produce 3D rendered images of SKUs (3 assets per quarter).

-Ensure realistic lighting, brand accuracy, and correct packaging representation.

5. Category Management & Planogram Support

-Create and revise 30 planograms per quarter for all channels.

-Consolidate all planograms and prepare RPS/MQG outputs.

-Address category-specific layout or visual requests.

6. QBP & Business Support Materials

-Create Business Review slides for QBP presentations.

-Design QBP invites, teasers, and required logo assets.

-Support miscellaneous category or business visual tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

-Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

-Digital layout and asset adaptation for POSM and online formats

-3D rendering tools (KeyShot, Blender, etc.)

-Understanding of print-ready and digital-ready file formats

Category & Marketing Skills

-Experience creating and interpreting planograms

-Strong understanding of retail display structures

-Familiarity with PHC and GOB category guidelines a plus
