1 Project Reporting In-Charge
<\/B><\/FONT>
1.1 Job Purpose: <\/B><\/FONT>Responsible for providing oversight across all operational project tracks within NATGRID\u00a1\u00afs Project Management Unit (PMU); track them against defined milestones & deliverables to ensure that the desired organizational objectives are achieved within the agreed parameters of cost, quality and time.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.2 Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1.2.1 <\/B><\/FONT>Responsible for interface with Project Managers across all tracks operational within the PMU to collate progress updates on individual project activities in order to report the overall status across project tracks.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.2.2 <\/B><\/FONT>Facilitate communication between NATGRID and its Implementation Partners in order to define and maintain the frequency and content of the Project Reporting reports and formats required for each track.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.2.3 <\/B><\/FONT>Prepare realistic project plans and track activities against the plans, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.2.4 <\/B><\/FONT>Create an integrated plan\/schedule for review of progress of the Consultants\/vendors, create reporting and escalation mechanisms.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.2.5 <\/B><\/FONT>Prepare MIS and Status Updates for circulation to the Top Management and other authorities such as Cabinet Committee, Empowered Committee, and Steering Committee etc. as may be required from time to time.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.3 Required Qualification, Skills & Experience:
1.3.1 Skills & Experience: <\/B><\/FONT>Experience includes research, teaching & independent consulting experience in relevant function\/domain.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.3.1.1 <\/B><\/FONT>Private sector employee with minimum of 4 years\u00a1\u00af experience in consulting\/project reporting\/enterprise sales\/account management function.
OR
Retired government employee who has worked at a Grade Pay of Rs 6600 and above, with at least 5 \u00a8C 13 years\u00a1\u00af experience in consulting\/project reporting\/enterprise sales\/account management function.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.3.1.2 <\/B><\/FONT>Experience of using advanced tools in MS Project or an equivalent project management tool, and Business Process Life Cycle Management Tools.
<\/FONT><\/FONT>
1.3.2 Qualification: <\/B><\/FONT>Bachelor\u00a1\u00afs Degree in science\/computer applications or technical qualifications like Bachelor\u00a1\u00afs Degree in Engineering\/Bachelor\u00a1\u00afs Degree in Technology\/MBA\/or Equivalent.

1.4 Schedule for completion of tasks: <\/B>1 year.

1.5 Final Output: <\/B><\/FONT>Project Reporting & MIS for the various project tracks at NATGRID.
