Thanks to a booming economy, online recruitment in the Philippines has registered 8% annual growth between June 2015 and 2016.
The fastest growing industry sectors are Retail and BFSI, with 32% and 26% overall year-on-year growth in hiring activity respectively.
The Consumer Goods/ FMCG, Food & Packaged, Home Appliance, Garments/ Textiles Leather, Gems & Jewellery sector saw the sharpest decline at -7%
HR & Admin talent are in the highest demand with the sharpest growth at 28% annually, while Hospitality & Travel professionals had the sharpest decline at -13%
