The Philippines exhibited 2% annual decline in online recruitment in July 2017, according to the latest Monster Employment Index (MEI).
The Retail sector reported the sharpest growth in online hiring activity at 8% year-on-year, while the Advertising, Market Research, Public Relations, Media and Entertainment sector recorded the sharpest fall at -17% year-on-year
Customer Service talent were the highest in demand with 5% growth, while HR and Admin professionals saw the steepest annual decline at -16%
