Online recruitment activities in the Philippines ticked up 4% in October, according to the latest Monster Employment Index (MEI)
The Retail sector reported the sharpest increase in online hiring activity at 22% year-on-year growth, while the Education, Engineering, Construction and Real Estate sectors saw the steepest fall at -5% year-on-year
Software, Hardware, Telecom talent were the most sought after in the Philippines, reporting a 7% increase, while Health care professionals saw the steepest annual decline at -4%
