The Philippines witnessed an 18% year-on-year annual boost in online recruitment activity in July 2018, according to the latest Monster Employment Index (MEI)
The highest performing industry was Retail at 39% annual growth, while BPO/ITES failed to impress with a 3% year-on-year decline
In terms of job roles, professionals in the Purchase/ Logistics/ Supply Chain industry saw the highest demand at 37%.
Least in demand were professionals from the Customer Service sector, owing to a 9% annual decline
