The Monster Employment Index Philippines has recorded a -16% year-on-year decline in online recruitment activities between September 2014 and 2015. This is a visible jump from August’s -31% year-on-year decline
The IT, Telecom/ ISP sector saw highest yearly growth at 16%, while the Production/Manufacturing, Automotive and Ancillary sector performed the worst at -56%
Customer Service jobs experienced the steepest year-over-year growth at 6%, while the Hospitality & Travel jobs experienced the greatest decline at -47% year-over-year
