The Philippines recorded 10% annual growth in online recruitment between February 2016 and 2017, according to the latest Monster Employment Index (MEI)
The Logistic, Courier/ Freight/ Transportation, Import/Export, Shipping recorded the steepest growth in online hiring activity at 28% year-on-year, while the Engineering, Construction and Real Estate sector recorded the sharpest fall at -5% year-on-year
Customer Service talent were the highest in demand with 23% growth year-on-year, while Engineering /Production, Real Estate talent saw the steepest annual decline at -2%
