Sector-Wise Highlights (YoY numbers)
Positive Momentum: Retail, Healthcare, and BPO/ITES sectors experienced annual growths of 26%, 17%, and 15%, respectively.
Challenges Ahead: Logistics, IT, Telecom/ISP, Advertising, and BFSI sectors saw declines, with Logistics facing the steepest drop at 18% YoY.
Functional Area Insights
Growing Roles: Customer Service roles surged by 18% YoY, while Healthcare roles also saw an increase.
Roles in Decline: Sales & Business Development and HR & Admin roles faced the most significant declines at -11% YoY.
