In Demand:
- Health Care (+21%), BFSI (+16%), and Hospitality & Travel (+16%) led the rebound, supported by rising demand for services, tourism, and financial products.
- Engineering, Construction and Real Estate (+6%) and IT, Telecom/ISP (+5%) also showed steady year-on-year gains.
Facing Challenges:
- Retail (-25%), Education (-24%), and Media & Entertainment (-2%) continued to see contractions, while BPO/ITES (-1%) remained nearly flat, indicating sectoral saturation or role redistribution.

6 out of 10 functional areas posted annual growth.
In Demand:
- Purchase/Logistics/Supply Chain (+18%) led growth, driven by operational streamlining.
- IT (+10%), Engineering & Real Estate (+10%), and Customer Service (+7%) remained stable performers.
Facing Challenges:
- Sales & Business Development (-14%) and HR & Admin (-24%) saw continued hiring declines, as businesses recalibrated frontline and support functions.
