9 out of 12 industries monitored by the tracker saw growth in hiring.
In Demand:
Hospitality (+34%) led the surge, followed by Logistics, Courier/Freight, and Shipping (+26%) and BPO/ITES (+17%), reflecting gains from MICE revival, regional e-commerce growth, and demand for AI-enabled service roles.
Facing Challenges:
Education (-10%) and IT and Telecom/ISP (-6%) saw hiring contractions despite positive month-on-month trends, pointing to cyclical slowdowns.

9 out of 10 functional areas saw annual growth in recruitment.
In Demand:
Purchase/Logistics/Supply Chain (+32%) was the top performer, supported by trade recovery and inventory ramp-ups. Customer Service (+16%) and Sales & Business Development (+16%) also saw strong growth as businesses focused on experience and revenue expansion.
Facing Challenges:
Software, Hardware, and Telecom (-9%) faced a year-on-year decline, mirroring shifting tech investment priorities, though digital remains a long-term focus.
